I put the heart together myself. Everything went well, from downloading, cutting, and assembling. When gluing it together, you have to be careful that all the adhesive tabs fit together properly, otherwise you won't get the best result!
I purchased this heart template to make for my grandsons for the holiday. After being a bit frustrated with it, I had a text message convo with the designer. I was asked for the reasons I was frustrated and I explained my experience. This vendor took my suggestions and revised the instructions to the file and added a video on the construction of the heart. I am so impressed with the degree to which this designer listened to their customer and made changes. If I could give ten stars for customer service, I would!
